As many CiTR listeners may already be aware, Ian Fraser “Lemmy” Kilmister of the inimitable heavy metal group Motörhead (and earlier, the prog-rock outfit Hawkwind) passed away this Monday, December 28, 2015.
In remembrance of the English musician, From the CiTR Archives will take a look back to 1997, when our own Nardwuar the Human Serviette conducted one of his characteristically awkward interviews with the metal star.
