Gayblevision is a Vancouver TV program "for gay people, by gay people" that ran from 1980-1986. It documented the local LGBTQ community. VIVO Media Arts Centre hosts an archive of the program accessible at the centre, or online. To celebrate Pride, VIVO promoted their collection of this footage. As further celebration, Pascale Mendes, produced a thirty mix of local queer, femme electronic music and snippets from the first season of Gayblevision focusing more on the underrepresented femme and lesbian perspectives.
