JAG NAGRA (she/her) is a queer Punjabi Visual Artist and community advocate who has a number of artworks in the Museum of Vancouver's permanent collection and is a co-Founder of the Punjabi Market Collective—a non-profit working to revitalize Vancouver’s historic Punjabi Market commercial district.
Jag is also the artists behind the artwork for the series Not Your Butter Chicken, which launched on CBC Gem May 1st and is available to stream for free as part of the Asian Heritage Month collection. The series celebrates the recipes, untold stories and life lessons of South Asians in Canada through the eyes of celebrated Vancouver culinary mind, Shiva Reddy.

With a career now spanning over 17 years, VIZA (she/her) has been fortunate enough to work with countless legends of Canadian drag and comedy. She has been featured at JFL42 (Just For Laughs) and has won several prestigious Toronto drag titles including Drag Idol, Crews & Tangos Drag Race: One Night Only, Miss Crews & Tangos, and Queen Of Halloween.
VIZA, recently released her debut comedy album A (Semi) Legend In The Making on all the streaming platforms. Recorded live at Comedy Bar Danforth this winter, VIZA is the first Toronto drag queen to record a full length comedy album.
A (Semi) Legend In The Making is chock full of old school stand up viciousness and unbridled judgement. Dubbed Toronto’s Queen Of Mean, VIZA is full of opinions no one asked for, but they’re still going to get an earful. Whether it’s about pop culture, celebrities, or clueless politicians, VIZA will always say what’s on her mind, unfiltered but never untucked. From irreverent one liners to the bitingly bitter, VIZA shares personal stories, social commentary, and excellent advice on how to use a staircase as a weapon.
