Interview starts at 15 minutes* After the interview I got to play some words Missy shared during the show about how leaders pushing capitalism drives us a part when what we need is community and it ties back to her wonderful words about the importance of doing things that are good for you aka how somatic well-being is punk and if you don't the importance of having an outlet to release rage so it doesn't become a poison inside.
