it's Maple Blues Month in Canada! Starting on February 1st, there has been awards show segments on YouTube from Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. The whole thing winds up this week in Vancouver with hosts Dalannah Gail Bowen and Jim Byrnes. Tune into the MBA YouTube Channel on February 22nd at 5pm PST. In honour of the awards, we'll be hearing many of the winners and some nominees too. We'll get to some new releases, too, and a feature on a female blues singer from Turkey.
