Glaciers are melting in the Arctic. Clipper is going to Europa to test, among other things, to determine if life is present in the sub-surface ocean in Europa, a Jovian moon. HGA is a high gain attena that Clipper will use to monitor Europa. New Spinoff publication highlights NASA technology in use in the civilian sector.
