As a theatre director, Liesl received Vancouver theatre’s highest honour, the Larry Lillo – Jessie Award for Outstanding Direction of a Play for House, by Daniel MacIvor. Currently, Liesl is the President of Wet Ink Collective and she is pursuing an MFA in Playwriting from the Creative Writing and Theatre Departments at UBC.
