~ 6pm-8pm ~ AGM & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner ~

This year’s event will be hosted in the AMS Nest Atrium (just outside CiTR & Discorder) on Wednesday, March 27 from 6pm-9pm. While we briefly review the past year and vote in the Student Executive’s new President, VP and Business Manager we will be enjoying a $FREE$ dinner prepared by Sprouts.

~ 8pm-9pm ~ Volunteer Appreciation Party ~

After the dinner, come spend some time in the CiTR & Discorder Lounge for karaoke and a Listening Party and benefit from any left over food. We’ll also be giving out Volunteer Appreciation Awards throughout the night.

This event takes place on occupied, traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) nation on UBC Point Grey Campus.

The event is located in the AMS Nest Atrium at 6133 University Blvd at UBC, which is accessible via bus numbers #4, #9, #17, #25, #33, #41, #43, #44, #49, #84, #99, #258, #480.

The entrance to the AMS Nest is a set of double doors that are 68″ wide when both doors are open, and 34″ when one door is open. One of the doors may be opened by pushing the automatic door opener button located to the right of the doors. Inside the Nest, there are two elevators which open 48″ wide.

The Atrium is located on the Lower Level of the Nest. It is a wide open area and there are elevators at both entrances of the Nest with pathways that lead directly to the Atrium.

There are gender-neutral washrooms located on every floor of the Nest. The doors to enter the washrooms are not automatic. The doors are 34” wide.
