This 2hr special show for Black History Month focuses on the innovators of the the Techno sound from Detroit. The Show features early tracks from the Belleville 3: Juan Atkins (The Initiator), Derrick May (The Innovator) and Kevin Saunderson (The Elevator), plus music from the Underground Resistance, Jeff Mills, Robert Hood, Kelli Hand, Dopplereffekt and many more.

The Show is split into 3 parts:

Part 1, focuses on the beginnings of the Detroit Techno scene, tunes you would hear the Electryfying Mojo or the Wizard play on the Radio during that time.

Part 2, is an hour long uninterrupted mix of the Detroit Techno sound of the early, mid and late 90's

Part 3, looks at the more experimental or intelligent techno sounds coming out of Detroit in the late 80's to early 90's
