CiTR is searching for a Station Manager to join our team to lead the station. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, management, and communication skills in the context of a radio station. The Station Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve CiTR’s goals, and providing overall management for CiTR, managing 15+ employees, 100+ on-air programmers and a society membership of 450+ volunteers and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Hours: 35 hours/week. There is some flexibility to make your own schedule.
Salary: $48,470.00
