Happy Holidays everyone - Season's Greetings! We have quite the holiday themed show, beginning with a beautiful ballad from the incomparable Nina Simone, a holiday song I feel. We proceed into one of my favourite instrumentals from Vince Guaraldi Trio, a classic soul cut from Janelle Monae (a personal favourite), a tremendous achievement both in song and album from Fleet Foxes; and then switch it up, alternating between hard indie rock and roots reggae, with incredible cuts from Cat Power, Max Romeo feat. Lee 'Scratch' Perry on production, Weaves, Culture, Alvvays, The Wailers, The Courtneys, Horace Andy, Bob Dylan & The Band, Burning Spear, HOMESHAKE; and my favourite Christmas song of all time... - Please enjoy~~
