Summer is just around the corner, and you know what that means -- festival season! The legendary Music Waste festival, proudly local and independent for almost three decades, has another killer lineup on deck for June. Meanwhile, Calgary's Sled Island festival will feature a healthy contingent of Discorder-featured bands, repping the West Coast across the Rockies. It's gonna be a good summer. Music from the Ballantynes, Ashley Shadow, Needles//Pins, Glad Rags, Johnny de Courcy, the Pack a.d. and many, many more.
