Are You Aware Mix Tape features Shad

On Thursday, September 2, Polaris Prize nominated rapper Shad will be interviewed on Are You Aware: Music That Has Something To Say from 6-7:30pm. We are also excited to hear his Are You Aware Mix Tape, where we ask socially conscious artists to program songs for the show. They choose three songs that inspire them to be involved in positive change and one of their own songs that reflects their sentiments around positive change. We interview them on their song choice, their social justice work and their music. Listen in to hear Shad’s own perspective!
