Live Broadcasting Training

There will be three training sessions in August + September for CiTR members interested in learning more about live broadcasts. Each session is the same (you only need to attend one) and they are all held at the CiTR studios at UBC from 7-8pm.

The dates are:
Thursday August 26th
Wednesday September 8th OR
Thursday September 16th

The training sessions will cover:
Organsing a live broadcast – everything you need to do and prepare before the event

What can you broadcast – what kind of events can you do a live broadcast from what you need in order to do it

Different methods of live broadcasting – phone lines and internet

Equipment used – mixers, mics, wireless mics, audio streaming software
