As International Women’s Day is celebrated across the world we spoke with a host of impressive and intelligent people about gender (in)equality at UBC, the rights of women and what you can do for a greater relationship with your neighbour. As well, we heard from the fine folks at the UBYSSEY and discussed the recent showing of Chronicles of the Refugee, a documentary detailing the plight of Palestinian refugees, to coincide with Israel Apartheid Week.
