Annual General Meeting + Programmers Meeting + Volunteer Appreciation Party MARCH 4!

It is very important that you attend our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 4 in the AMS Council Chambers SUB 206 – this is where we give you an yearly update on all things CiTR, and are accountable to you!

The meeting will be one hour only, from 6:30-7:30 pm, with PRIZES. Come early if you need to renew your membership! This is also the meeting where the membership will be electing your first membership board representatives. I hope some of you are excited about sitting on the board!

A programmers meeting follows the AGM from 7:30-8:30 pm, with a volunteer appreciation event to held held afterward at Cabin (2741 W. 4th). For more info on the volunteer night, check out the Facebook group and don’t forget to RSVP!
