Record Store Day comes with a bang this year on April 22 as it celebrates its 10th Anniversary. With the annual event comes the reminder that not everything is available at our fingertips as much as the internet would lead us to believe. Once a year we get that push to leave our computers and music apps behind and venture down to our local record store for sweet deals, live shows, exclusive releases, and the atmosphere of music culture. You get to talk to the not-so-miserable Rob Gordons of the world and discover music that you’ve either never heard of or never heard of that way, because once that needle falls… You’re gonna need someone to catch you.
